The Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Criteria of the Multilateral Fund contain the policies, procedures, guidelines and criteria of the Financial Mechanism under the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer as established by the Meetings of the Parties under the Montreal Protocol and elaborated by the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund in accordance with its terms of reference. The document is updated three times per year after each Executive Committe meeting.

The current version of the document is updated as of November 2007 and includes decisions taken at the 53rd Executive Comittee Meeting and the 19th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol. It is available as a PDF . A supplement "Phase-out plans and projects ” containing relevant decisions on multi-year projects format is also available.
