Guidelines for project submissions/presentation

Having taken note of the comments and recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/25/17, paragraphs 83 to 87), the Executive Committee decided to approve the Hydrocarbon Safety Cost Study to be used as guidance for the implementing agencies, for enterprises in Article 5 countries in the preparation of investment projects and for the Secretariat in reviewing the submitted projects.
