Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/26/4, para. 23), the Executive Committee took note of the consolidated progress report while recognizing that it was an initial report, to be updated, in a periodic report series and decided that, in the preparation of subsequent consolidated reports, the new Senior Evaluation Officer should ensure better consultation with the parties concerned, with a view to resolving any issues outstanding from the review of the project completion reports.
