Having taken note of the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/26/16, para. 25), the Executive Committee decided to approve the recurring cost component of UNEP's 1999 work programme amendments, as indicated in Annex III to the present report.
