Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/27/13, paras. 70-71), the Executive Committee decided to approve the request for preparation of the fact sheet at the level of funding indicated in annex II to the present report [document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/27/48], with the understanding that the project would be reformulated to delete background information and focus on the technology fact sheet and would conduct an initial analysis of the impact of conversions on the Multilateral Fund, the Global Environment Facility and the Clean Development Mechanism. The initial analysis undertaken in the project would be focused on carbon dioxide.
