Projects approved / deferred / transferred

Having taken note of the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/28/18, para. 19), the Executive Committee decided to approve the World Bank's 1999 work programme amendments contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/28/22 at the level of funding indicated in annex III to the present report.
