India: Phase-out of use of carbon tetrachloride as process agent in the production of endosulphan by Excel Industries Limited (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/28/31, Add.1 and Add.3)
Having taken note of the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/28/18, paras. 30 and 31), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project at the level of funding indicated in annex III to [document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/28/57], on the understanding that the information and data provided in such projects in the future must meet all the requirements of the guidelines in decision 27/78.
