The Executive Committee, having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/4, para. 28) and taking into account section B of decision 28/25, decided to take note of the responses received from countries where data anomalies existed.
