The Executive Committee, having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/4, para. 45) decided to approve the budget of the Fund Secretariat for the year 2000, as contained in annex III to the present report.
