Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review on the process agent sector (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/17, paras. 17 and 18), and noting that the Fund Secretariat had advised UNIDO that the project was not eligible for submission to the Executive Committee, the Executive Committee confirmed that the project was not eligible for retroactive funding.
