Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/29/17, para. 69), the Executive Committee decided to approve the projects recommended for blanket approval, with the exception of the project on the conversion from CFC-11 to methylene chloride/LIA technology in the manufacture of flexible polyurethane boxfoam at Fasax in Argentina, which was withdrawn by UNDP, at the level of funding indicated in annex IV to the present report, subject to any conditions appearing in the Secretariat’s recommendations in the project evaluation sheets.
