Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/31/4, para. 41), the Executive Committee decided to approve for the time being the revised formats for terminal reports and extension requests for institutional strengthening projects* contained in annexes III and IV to the present report, while inviting the members of the Sub‑Committee to offer their suggestions for improvement, for discussion at the next Sub‑Committee meeting.
