Having considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/21, paras. 8 and 9 ), the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat and the implementing agencies to work together in defining more precisely the estimated durations of projects and, in particular, distinguishing between the physical completion of the project and other outstanding activities, such as equipment destruction and project completion reports.
