Having considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/31/21, paras. 28-29), and the decision adopted by the Executive Committee concerning guidelines for refrigerant management plans (decision 31/48), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above four projects.
