Having considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/32/21, para. 11), the Executive Committee decided that, on the basis of the rule that production capacity installed prior to 25 July 1995 was eligible for funding by the Multilateral Fund, projects such as that for Haier (China) would be eligible for funding.
