Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/33/17, paras. 89 and 90), the Executive Committee decided to request UNEP to finalize the paper, taking into account the need to assess fully the need for transparency in the use of support costs, and to submit it to the Thirty-fourth meeting of the Executive Committee.
