Decision 34/21

Having considered the comments and the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/34/18, paras. 27 to 29) that the Executive Committee examine the Mexico foam sector ODS phase-out plan after consideration of "aggregate permanent national consumption" within the context of the discussion on strategic planning in the Executive Committee, the Executive Committee decided to defer consideration of the project to its 35th meeting.
