Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/34/18, para. 52), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above projects at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, and express to the Governments concerned its observations indicated in Annex IX to the present report.
