Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/34/18, para. 104), the Executive Committee decided to approve the incremental operational cost component of the umbrella project for 26 enterprises, as well as the new umbrella project for seven enterprises, at the levels of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, on the understanding that the prices of chemicals used in the determination of incremental operating costs would not be taken as a precedent in the consideration of future projects and activities in the sector.
