The Executive Committee decided to authorize the Secretariat to prepare the annual report of the Executive Committee to the meeting of the Parties, as well as the report on process agents called for by Decision X/14 of the meeting of the Parties; the two documents should be circulated to the members of the Executive Committee before their submission to the 13th meeting of the Parties.
