Having considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/35/19, para. 64), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above projects at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report, on the understanding that the US $50,000 licensing fee for the LCD technology would not be committed for expenditure until the Executive Committee had considered a report on revision of the guidelines for LCD technology.
