Decision 38/31

Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14, paragraphs 51 and 52), the Executive Committee decided to approve the institutional strengthening project in Sao Tome and Principe for one year, at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report, on the understanding that its decision was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanisms dealing with non-compliance issues.
