Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14, paragraphs 119 and 121), the Executive Committee decided:
(a) To take note of the communication received from the World Intellectual Property Organization, pursuant to Decision 37/62;
(b) To approve the guidelines for the financing of projects using technology that is not in the public domain, as contained in Annex XIV to [document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/70/Rev.1].
