Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/40/26, paragraph 34), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project proposals at the level of funding indicated in Annex III to the present report and to express to the Governments concerned its observations indicated in Annex IV to the present report.
