Phase-out (multi-year) (excluding HCFCs)

Having noted paragraph 15 of the overview paper (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/41/15), as well as the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/41/14, paragraph 22), the Executive Committee decided to request the Fund Secretariat, in cooperation with the implementing agencies, to develop criteria for the assessment of the progress reports and verification audits of multi-year agreements with the aim of submitting a paper to the 43rd Meeting.
