Having considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/41/14, paragraph 57), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project proposals at the level of funding indicated in Annex V to the present report and to express to the Governments concerned its observations indicated in Annex VII to the present report.
