Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to request the Chair, on behalf of the Executive Committee, to enter into consultations with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the Executive Director of UNEP, the United Nations Office of Human Resources Management, and the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs, regarding the terms of reference of the Executive Committee and the legal and administrative implications related to this matter, and to report to the Committee at a future meeting.
