Decision 45/35

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve the second year of phase IV of the institutional strengthening project for the Philippines, at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, on the understanding that the approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol's mechanism for dealing with non-compliance.
