Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided to consider the issue of CTC use as feedstock and process agents, and the co-production of CTC in Article 5 countries, at its 51st Meeting, following receipt of the conclusions of the desk study on CTC process agent projects and the study of the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel on global CTC emissions.
