Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve the institutional strengthening start‑up funding and the project preparation funding for a country programme/refrigerant management plan for Equatorial Guinea at the level of funding indicated in Annex II to the present report, on the understanding that funds would not be disbursed until the instrument of ratification had been deposited with the United Nations.
