The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve phase IV of the institutional strengthening project for Pakistan for a period of one year only, at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to [document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/51/46], on the understanding that the approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism for addressing non-compliance; and
- To express to the Government of Pakistan its views as set out in Annex X to the present report.
