Following consideration of the Secretariat’s report on priorities (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/52/6), UNDP’s summary of the three remaining HCFC surveys (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/52/Inf.2/Add.1), a discussion concerning the potential for funding of project preparation in 2008 for a TPMP for Turkmenistan and reported progress with respect to discussions on HCFCs, the Executive Committee decided:
- To note the final report on priorities for the triennium 2006-2008, beyond the needs identified by the model rolling three-year phase-out plan, taking into account the remaining unallocated funds for the triennium as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/52/6; and
- To request the Secretariat to prepare a document for discussion at the 53rd Meeting of the Executive Committee on options for assessing and defining eligible incremental costs for HCFC consumption and production phase-out activities.
