Decision 52/41

Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve the fourth tranche of the project at the amount of US $303,200, with the associated support costs of US $22,740 for UNIDO to be disbursed only after confirmation by the Fund Secretariat that an amendment to the verification report provided a clear indication that the legal instruments were sufficient to control the import of ozone-depleting substances (ODS); and
2. To request UNIDO to present a status report on the controls on the import of ODS into Nigeria at the 53^rd Meeting of the Executive Committee.
