In accordance with decision XVIII/9, the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to forward the final study of the consultant on the collection and treatment of unwanted ozone-depleting substances in Article 5 and non-Article 5 countries, which would take into account any comments of a technical nature that Members had submitted to the Fund Secretariat by the end of April 2008, to the Ozone Secretariat for consideration by the Open-ended Working Group at its twenty-eighth meeting.
