Accordingly, the Executive Committee decided:

  1. Not to reconvene the sub-group on the production sector at the 55th Meeting;
  2. That the open-ended contact group should continue to discuss the issues related to the HCFC production sector at the 56th Meeting of the Executive Committee based on document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/55/45.
