The Executive Committee decided, in regard to the resubmission of project proposals to the Committee:
- That project proposals that had previously not been approved by the Executive Committee could not be resubmitted for reconsideration unless new and relevant substantive information was provided; and
- In the event that such new information was provided that the Secretariat could submit that proposal for consideration by the Committee.
