Decision 56/30

The Executive Committee decided to approve institutional strengthening start-up funds for Timor-Leste at a level of US $40,000, on the condition that no funding would be disbursed until the instruments of ratification of the Montreal Protocol had been received by the United Nations depositary in New York.
