Decision 58/4

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. With appreciation, the status reports on projects with implementation delays submitted to the Secretariat by the Governments of Australia, Germany, Japan, and the four implementing agencies addressed in documents UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/58/6 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/58/6/Corr.1;
   2. The completion of one of the 19 projects listed with implementation delays and the removal of another project from the list of projects with implementation delays, owing to progress;
   3. That the Secretariat and the implementing agencies would continue monitoring those projects listed in Table 1 of Annex III to the present report as having had“some progress”, and report to the 59^th Meeting;
2. To request additional status reports on the projects listed in Table 2 of Annex III to the present report to be submitted to the 59^th Meeting; and
3. To cancel the following projects by mutual agreement of the implementing agencies and countries concerned:
