Decision 58/10

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. UNDP’s progress report contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/58/12;
   2. That UNDP would report to the 59^th Meeting on up to 11 projects with implementation delays contained in Table 1 of Annex V to the present report including five projects that had been classified as such in 2007;
2. To request:
   1. The submission of additional status reports on the following multi-year agreements to the 59^th Meeting:
      1. Bangladesh: National ODS phase-out plan;
      2. Peru: Terminal phase-out management plan (TPMP);
      3. Togo: TPMP;
   2. The submission of additional status reports on the following HCFC phase-out management plan preparation activities to the 59^th Meeting:
      1. Angola (ANG/PHA/55/PRP/08);
      2. El Salvador (ELS/PHA/55/PRP/23);
      3. Panama (PAN/PHA/55/PRP/28);
   3. The submission of additional status reports on the following refrigeration management plan projects to the 59^th Meeting:
      1. Barbados (BAR/REF/43/TAS/11&12);
      2. Maldives (MDV/REF/38/TAS/05);
   4. The submission of an additional status report on the methyl bromide project in Fiji (FIJ/FUM/47/TAS/17) to the 59^th Meeting;
   5. The submission of additional status reports on the following halon banking projects to the 59^th Meeting:
      1. Chile (CHI/HAL/51/TAS/164);
      2. Sierra Leone (SIL/HAL/51/TAS/15);
   6. The submission of an additional status report to the 59^th Meeting on the metered-dose inhaler project in the Republic of Moldova (MOL/ARS/54/TAS/20) due to lack of activities; and
   7. The submission of additional status reports on the following chiller projects to the 59^th Meeting:
      1. Brazil (BRA/REF/47/DEM/275);
      2. Colombia (COL/REF/47/DEM/65);
      3. Cuba (CUB/REF/47/DEM/36);
      4. Latin American region (LAC/REF/47/DEM/36).
