Confidentiality of HCFC data reported under Article 7
Noting that the Ozone Secretariat would advise the Twenty-ninth Meeting of the Open-ended Working Group that it would provide disaggregated ODS data reported without a claim of confidentiality by Article 5 Parties under Article 7 of the Protocol, the Executive Committee decided to request the Fund Secretariat to report back to the 59th Meeting of the Executive Committee on any discussions on the issue that might take place at the Twenty-ninth Meeting of the Open-ended Working Group.
