Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To request bilateral and implementing agencies preparing HCFC phase-out management plans (HPMPs) to use the preliminary template contained in Annex IV to the present report as a guideline when advising countries on preparing a draft agreement for HPMPs for consideration by the Executive Committee; and
- To request Executive Committee Members and bilateral and implementing agencies to submit comments on the preliminary template to the Secretariat so as to enable it to prepare a revised version of the preliminary template for consideration by the Committee at its 60th Meeting.
