The Executive Committee decided to defer a decision on adopting the revised template for draft agreements for HCFC phase-out management plans (document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/60/48) to its 61st Meeting, noting that implementing agencies and Members should be provided with a final opportunity to submit comments on the revised template, to be reflected in the documentation for the 61st Meeting.
