Following the presentation, the Executive Committee decided to request the Treasurer to offset the costs of the bilateral projects approved at the 64th meeting as follows:
- US $339,000 (including agency fees) against the balance of Australia’s bilateral contribution for 2011;
- A maximum amount of US $2,092,159 (including agency fees) against the balance of Germany’s bilateral contribution for 2009-2011, to stay within the 2009-2011 allocation in Germany’s bilateral allocation; and
- US $322,746 (including agency fees) against the balance of Japan’s bilateral contribution for 2011.
