Decision 66/19

Following a discussion of the need to set a limit on the funding level of the tranches for stage I HPMPs that could be considered for blanket approval, the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to submit for blanket approval all future tranches for stage I HCFC phase-out management plans provided that:

1. They were in accordance with relevant policies and decisions of the Multilateral Fund;
2. They contained no policy issues;
3. All technical and cost issues had been agreed between the Secretariat and relevant bilateral and/or implementing agencies; and
4. That the total requested funding for the tranche was less than US $1 million.
