Decision 67/4

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note:
   1. The report on the status of the 2012-2014 business plans and tranche submission delays contained in documents UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/67/5 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/67/5/Add.1;
   2. The information on tranche submission delays under multi-year agreements (MYAs) submitted to the Secretariat by UNDP, UNEP, UNIDO and Germany, as shown in Table 7 in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/67/5;
   3. That seven out of 18 tranches of MYAs due for submission had been submitted on time to the 67^th meeting;
   4. That the total value of Germany’s business plan for the 2012-2014 triennium was within Germany’s allocation for bilateral activities;
2. To encourage implementing agencies to submit requests to enable funding for all remaining eligible countries that had not yet received funding for stage I HCFC phase‑out activities during the current triennium and to take into account business plan allocation; and
3. To request the Secretariat to send letters to the Governments of Brazil, Chile, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mexico and Saint Lucia urging the submission of the second tranches of their HCFC phase-out management plans to the 68^th meeting.
