The Executive Committee decided to defer further consideration of the terms of reference for the assessment of the administrative cost regime for the 2015-2017 triennium until its 70th meeting, or until after the preparation of the guidelines for stage II of HCFC phase-out management plans had been approved by the Executive Committee.
