The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the projects and activities submitted for blanket approval at the levels of funding indicated in Annex IX to the present report, together with the conditions or provisions included in the corresponding project evaluation documents and the conditions attached to the projects by the Executive Committee, noting that the Agreements between the Government of Maldives and the Executive Committee contained in Annex X to the present report and between the Government of Timor-Leste and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XI to the present report had been updated based on the established HCFC baseline for compliance; and
- That, for projects related to renewal of institutional strengthening, blanket approval included approval of the observations to be communicated to recipient governments contained in Annex XII to the present report.
