Decision 70/6

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To take note of the report on the multi-year agreement (MYA) database for HCFC phase-out management plans presented in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/70/9;
2. To request bilateral and implementing agencies to fill in the missing information in the MYA database and to update it no later than eight weeks prior to the 71^st meeting of the Executive Committee; and
3. That bilateral agencies not directly involved in project implementation might request the implementing agencies to report the information required in paragraph (b) on their behalf.
