Decision 71/17

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note with appreciation the report entitled“Assessment of the use in Colombia of super-critical CO2 technology for polyurethane spray foam”, submitted by UNDP on behalf of the Government of Japan, contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/71/6/Add.1; and
2. To request bilateral and implementing agencies to share the assessment report on super-critical CO2, together with information on other alternatives, when assisting Article 5 countries in preparing projects for the phase-out of HCFC-141b in polyurethane spray foam applications.
