Decision 71/37

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To note the progress report on the implementation of the first tranche of stage I of the HCFC phase-out management plan (HPMP) for India;
2. To note that the Fund Secretariat had updated Appendix 2-A of the Agreement between the Government of India and the Executive Committee to reflect the change in support costs owing to the new administrative cost regime, and that a new paragraph 16 had been added to indicate that the updated Agreement superseded that reached at the 66^th meeting, as contained in Annex XX to the present report; and
3. To approve the second tranche of stage I of the HPMP for India, and the corresponding 2014-2015 tranche implementation plan, in the amount of US $8,846,064, consisting of US $7,000,000, plus agency support costs of US $490,000 for UNDP, US $344,640, plus agency support costs of US $41,910 for UNEP, and US $869,508, plus agency support costs of US $100,006 for the Government of Germany.
